Amend contract for electric buses and charging infrastructure

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a third amendment to contract number C- 20-0147 between the City of Knoxville and New Flyer of America, Inc. authorizing an increase in the purchase price for nine electric buses and related charging infrastructure for a total purchase price of $10,777,038.72 and permitting the parties to negotiate future escalation caps as needed due to the result of extreme economic inflation.(Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
