    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase a permanent drainage easement within certain real property located at 4405 Candora Avenue from Rogers Group, Inc. for a total amount of $2,440.00, as part of the Neighborhood Drainage Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
