    A Resolution supporting and endorsing the South Waterfront Down River Master Plan, a community driven framework for the redevelopment of the Down River Area that will serve as the framework for the upcoming Requests for Proposals process, and thanking the members of the South Waterfront Advisory and Advocacy Group (SWAAG) who have worked tirelessly throughout this process. (Requested by Urban Design and Development)
