A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a memorandum of understanding between the City, the Public Building Authority, the Knoxville Museum of Art, and Thomas Boyd, to accept a $200,000.00 donation from Mr. Boyd, and to express appreciation to Mr. Boyd for the same, all as part of the Fort Kid Renovation Project.
