    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement by which the City of Knoxville will lease a portion of the South Knoxville Community Center to the Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee for a term of ten (10) years for a fee of $4,200 per year. (Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
