Approve agreement for deferred compensation plan consultative services

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with SageView Advisory Group, LLC to provide consultative services for the City’s deferred compensation plan, in an amount not to exceed $37,500.00 per year for the first three years, with a 4% increase for each subsequent year, and to provide a personal financial wellness program for the City's employees for an additional and separate fee of $5,000.00 per year.(Requested by Employee Benefits & Risk Management Department)
