Amend Animal Control code regarding impoundment and inhumane chaining of dogs.
Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending Knox County Code, Chapter 6, Article II, "Animal Control", to amend Section 6-46, "Impoundment", and to add a new Section 6-49 regarding inhumane chaining of dogs. (Ord. No. O-96-5-101, adopted 6-24-96, Ord. No. O-15-4-101, adopted 5-26-15, and establishing Section 6-49, previously reserved) on first reading:
