3. Commissioner Frazier moved to defer the following item to the January 2024 meeting: Item #55 – Zoning Request 10-F-23-RZ - Request of R. Jason Barnes for rezoning from A (Agricultural) to PR (Planned Residential) up to 9 dwelling units per acre. Property located at 8441 Old Middlebrook Pike / Parcel ID 105 L B 047.
