Commissioner Frazier moved to amend the agenda to add the following items: Item #17 – Resolution R-23-11-306 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a contract with Helen Ross McNabb Center for the provision of employee psychological services for the Knox County Sheriff's Office for the term beginning on December 1, 2023 and ending on November 30, 2024 with the option to extend for four (4) additional years, one (1) year at a time, Item #27 – Resolution R-23-11-505 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Software as a Service (SaaS) Subscription Agreement renewal with Benevate Inc. d/b/a Neighborly Software for the provision of software services to be utilized for the administration of local, state, and federally funded programs, and Item #32 – Presentation of a Proclamation by the Knox County Mayor to Commissioner Carson Dailey for his service to our community and receiving the TCCA Ralph Puckett Award for winning County Commissioner of the Year of East Tennessee.
