On November 20, 2023, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Approve Edelmary Martinez appeal 9-L-23-RZ (Rezoning).” by a vote of 10–1.
Motion to approve Resolution RZ-23-11-109 - Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the appeal by Edelmary Martinez of the Planning Commission denial of a request for rezoning from A (Agricultural) to PR (Planned Residential) up to 2 dwelling units per acre upon proof from KUB that sewer is available at the property.
