On November 20, 2023, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Approve Miles Morrison rezoning request 10-C-23-RZ.” by a vote of 11–0.
Motion to approve Resolution RZ-23-11-102 – Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the request of Miles Morrison for rezoning from PR (Planned Residential) from 1-3 dwelling units per acre to A (Agricultural) as per Planning Commission’s recommendation.
