CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF KELLY MATHIS ON THE VISIT KNOXVILLE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND CONFIRMING THE KNOX COUNTY MAYOR’S APPOINTMENT OF JOSEPH MACK TO COMPLETE THE UNFULFILLED TERM OF KELLY MATHIS ON THE VISIT KNOXVILLE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, WHICH TERM EXPIRES JUNE 30, 2026.
