CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF AARON FRITTS ON THE KNOX COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD AND APPOINTING CATHY OLSEN (NOMINEE OF THE KNOX COUNTY MAYOR OF AN OFFICIAL OR EMPLOYEE OF KNOX COUNTY) TO COMPLETE THE UNFULFILLED TERM OF MR. FRITTS ON THE KNOX COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD, WITH SUCH TERM TO EXPIRE JUNE 30, 2025.
