CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY GRANT THROUGH THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE INSTITUTE OF AGRICULTURE IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,835.50 FOR THE PLANTING OF TREES AT GIBBS RURITAN PARK AND OTHER COUNTY PARKS.
