CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO KNOX COUNTY’S 2020-2024 CONSOLIDATED PLAN BY 1) CANCELING THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED MCNABB CENTERPOINTE EXPANSION PROJECT; AND 2) APPROVING AGREEMENTS FOR THE REALLOCATION OF THOSE SAME FUNDS, SUBJECT TO HUD APPROVAL OF THE SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT, WITH: ANGELIC MINISTRIES ($53,619.00) FOR THE SUPPORTIVE AND SOBER HOUSING PROGRAM; CONNECT MINISTRIES ($70,000.00) FOR THE GOOD NEIGHBORS PROGRAM; INTERFAITH HEALTH CLINIC ($75,000.00) FOR HEALTHCARE FOR UNDER/UNINSURED INDIVIDUALS; KNOXVILLE LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION ($114,416.40) FOR HOUSING STABILITY PROGRAMS; METRO DRUG COALITION ($50,000.00) FOR THE RECOVERY HOUSING FUND; AND VOLUNTEER MINISTRY CENTER ($160,000.00) FOR STREET OUTREACH.
