D/B/A NEIGHBORLY SOFTWARE FOR THE PROVISION OF SOFTWARE SERVICES TO BE UTILIZED FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERALLY FUNDED PROGRAMS.
