CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A DEFINED SERVICES CONTRACT AMONG KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, THE CITY OF KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE, AND YOUNG-WILLIAMS ANIMAL CENTER OF EAST TENNESSEE FOR YOUNG-WILLIAMS TO BE DELEGATED AND HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO FURNISH ANIMAL CONTROL ENFORCEMENT DUTIES AS SET FORTH IN THE CITY AND COUNTY CHARTERS AND ORDINANCES THROUGHOUT THE CITY AND COUNTY WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND THE KNOXVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR ENFORCEMENT OF STATE LAW. - R-23-11-305:

Motion to approve Resolution R-23-11-305 - Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Defined Services Contract among Knox County, Tennessee, the City of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Young-Williams Animal Center of East Tennessee for Young-Williams to be delegated and have the authority to furnish Animal Control enforcement duties as set forth in the City and County Charters and Ordinances throughout the City and County with the assistance of the Knox County Sheriff's Office and the Knoxville Police Department for enforcement of state law.
