CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, AMENDING THE KNOX COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 6, ARTICLE II, "ANIMAL CONTROL", SECTION 6-31, "DEFINITIONS", TO AMEND THE DEFINITION OF ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER IN ORDER TO AUTHORIZE A THIRD PARTY TO FURNISH ANIMAL CONTROL ENFORCEMENT DUTIES AS SET FORTH IN THE CITY AND COUNTY CHARTERS AND ORDINANCES THROUGHOUT THE CITY AND COUNTY.
