CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING CONTACTS WITH BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS OF THE TENNESSEE VALLEY, KIDS PLACE, INC., KIDS PLACE AT SEQUOYAH, INC., KIDTIME, INC., SHADES OF DEVELOPMENT, INC, AND YMCA OF EAST TENNESSEE FOR THE PROVISION OF AFTER-SCHOOL CARE PROGRAM SERVICES FOR THE TERM OF JANUARY 1, 2026 TO JUNE 30, 2027, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL YEARS

Approve Resolution R-25-9-205 - Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving contacts with Boys and Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley, Kids Place, Inc., Kids Place at Sequoyah, Inc., KidTime, Inc., SHADES of Development, Inc, and YMCA of East Tennessee for the provision of after-school care program services for the term of January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, which may be extended for four (4) additional years.
