Approve the amended Resolution R-25-9-113 - Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, accepting the resignation of Commissioner Angela Russell from the Knox County Audit Committee. Also included in the motion was to defer to the October 2025 meeting the appointment of a Commissioner to succeed Commissioner Russell on the Audit Committee.
