Ms. Josphine Greene, applicant, was present electronically via Zoom streaming and spoke on the matter. Commissioner Jay asked if there was any opposition to the request. There was no response. Commissioner Beeler moved to approve 10-B-20-RZ - Request of E. Luke Greene for rezoning from I (Industrial) to A (Agricultural) as per Planning Commission’s Recommendation Approve A (Agricultural) zoning because it is consistent with the surrounding area and would allow uses more compatible with the trend in development.
