Ordinance amending KCC 2-362 to revise charges for KPD video recordings

An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Chapter 2, Article II, Division 12, Section 2-362, revising the schedule of charges for video recordings in the custody of the Knoxville Police Department.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)

On February 9, 2021, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance amending KCC 2-362 to revise charges for KPD video recordings” by a vote of 9–0.
