An ordinance to close an unnamed, undeveloped alley inside parcel 081NC003 on the southeast side of West Oldham Avenue between Worth Street and Davanna Street, and authorizing the Mayor to execute a quitclaim deed to the property owner, Eric E. On February 9, 2021, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance to close an alley between Worth St and Davanna St and issue quitclaim deed” by a vote of 9–0.
