(Planning Commission Approved 13-0) (File No. 1-K-21-SP) (Third District)(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)

On February 9, 2021, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance to amend sector plan for 1301 East Weisgarber Road from Light Industrial to Office” by a vote of 9–0.
