An Ordinance approving the request of Jonathan Lyons for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Light Industrial to Mixed Use-Special District (Sutherland Southside) for property located at 200 Emmett Street. (Planning Commission Approved 13-0) (File No. 1-I-21-SP) (Sixth District)(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)

On February 9, 2021, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance to amend sector plan for 200 Emmett Street from Light Industrial to Mixed Use” by a vote of 9–0.
