A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept the transfer of property at 6430 South Northshore Drive, known as Willow Cottage, from the State of Tennessee for use in the development of new public recreation facilities at Lakeshore Park.(Requested by Department of Parks and Recreation)
