An Ordinance amending Chapter 20, Article III, Sections 20-52 and 20-61 of the Knoxville City Code, relative to prohibiting the use of tobacco or vapor products on the grounds of City-owned parks, playgrounds, greenways, and property.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)

On March 8, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend City Code to prohibit tobacco/vapor products in City parks and greenways” by a vote of 8–0.
