A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a third amendment to contract C-21-0296 with Messer Construction Company to increase the scope of work to include the office space construction of the Real Time Information Center at the New Public Safety Complex, increasing the contract price by $1,022,700.00 for a total contract price not to exceed $53,435,700.00.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
