An Emergency Ordinance enacting a moratorium of ninety (90) days upon the granting of building permits within all of the South Waterfront zoning districts.(Requested by Councilmember Parker)
On March 21, 2023, “Ordinance for 90-day moratorium on building permits in South Waterfront zoning districts” failed before the City of Knoxville, TN City Council.
