Amend Capital and Operating Budgets, transfer surplus funds
An Ordinance to amend the Capital Budget and the Operating Budget, both as approved by Ordinance No. O-56-2022 for Fiscal Year 22/23 and to transfer surplus, excess, or unencumbered funds between various units and funds as reflected in the various funds and budgets of the City of Knoxville.(Requested by Finance Department)
