Award funds to Callahan Flats, LP for affordable rental housing
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $900,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Program to Callahan Flats, LP for the development of 30 affordable rental housing units to be located at 1511 Callahan Drive.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
