Award funds to Callahan Flats, LP for affordable housing development
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $2,900,000.00 from the HOME American Rescue Plan Program to Callahan Flats, LP for the development of 58 affordable housing units to be located at 1511 Callahan Drive.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
