An Ordinance approving the request of Scott Smith for an amendment to the One Year Plan from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential for property located at 0 and 1476 Lyons Bend Road and at 0 South Northshore Drive, leaving the Public Parks and Refuges classification and all special purpose land use classifications unchanged.
