Award Affordable Housing Fund to Habitat for Humanity for 22 units

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $440,000.00 from the Affordable Housing Fund to Knoxville Habitat for Humanity for the development of 22 affordable multifamily housing units for homeownership, to be located at 4325 Pinehurst Drive (Parcel ID 059 NC 00101), as more specifically described herein. (Council District: 4th) (Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
