Amend agreement with KCDC for Austin Homes revitalization funding

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to Agreement Nos C-22-0082 and C-24-0067 with Knoxville's Community Development Corporation for phases 3 and 4 infrastructure, to reallocate the remaining funding designated for use on those earlier phases to any work contemplated in the site’s Master Plan for the revitalization of the Austin Homes development and surrounding areas of East Knoxville. (Sixth District) (Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
