Apply for grant for public safety innovation

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award of up to $50,000.00, with no required local match, from the University of Virginia Center for Public Safety and Justice and the Howard and Carol Safir Foundation to address forward-thinking innovation in public safety. (Requested by Police Department)
