Appropriate funds for annual Challenge Grant Award Program

An Ordinance appropriating the total sum of $21,513.29 from the Parks and Recreation Department's FY26 Operating Budget and donating same for completed projects to various qualified organizations as part of the annual Challenge Grant Award Program. (Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)

On April 28, 2026, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Appropriate funds for annual Challenge Grant Award Program” by a vote of 9–0.
