Approve appeal for variances at 505 Woodlawn Pike

A Resolution approving an appeal by Mary Carter of the denial by the Board of Zoning Appeals of variances to (1) decrease the minimum required interior side setback for a detached accessory structure from 5 ft. to 0.16 ft. per Article 10.3.A.5, and (2) increase the maximum allowed height for a detached accessory structure from 18' to 21'-4" per Article 10.3.A.4, in a RN-1 zoning district for property located at 505 Woodlawn Pike.
