A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with SCU Bus Lines, LLC to provide transportation services to participants in various programs sponsored by the City of Knoxville Parks and Recreation Department for an annual contract amount not to exceed $70,000.00 per year, plus approved annual escalation capped at 3.5% annually. (Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
