Approve Certificate of Compliance for Concord Liquor and Wine

A Resolution approving the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance to Nidhiksh Liquor and Wine LLC. d/b/a Concord Liquor and Wine relative to its application to the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission for a license to operate a liquor store in the City (Council District 5). (Requested by Finance Department)

On May 26, 2026, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve Certificate of Compliance for Concord Liquor and Wine” by a vote of 8–0.
