Make annual appropriations for FY 2025-2026

An Ordinance making and fixing the annual appropriations for the several departments, agencies, and funds of the City of Knoxville for the fiscal period beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026 and providing the authority to reappropriate non-project related encumbrances at the end of FY 24/25 into FY 25/26. (Requested by Finance Department)

On April 29, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted a motion to defer “Make annual appropriations for FY 2025-2026” by a vote of 8–0.
