Acquire property for Broadway Streetscapes Project
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property for the Broadway Streetscapes Project by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, within 8 tracts of real property for a total amount not to exceed $1,072,600.00. (Requested by Engineering Department)
