Execute contract for processing recyclable materials

A resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract between the City of Knoxville and Westrock Converting, LLC for the processing and marketing of recyclable materials collected through household single stream recycling and City drop-off center recycling containers, for an estimated cost of $252,000 annually. (Requested by Public Service Department)
