Amend Smith Seckman Reid contract for pipe rehabilitation

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend the contract with Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. to provide professional engineering design services for the Cured-in- Place Pipe Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project, increasing the contract amount by $19,800.00 for a new contract total of $136,080.00 and extending the date of completion to August 31, 2026. (Requested by Engineering Department)
