A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property for the Chapman Highway Multimodal Project by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, within 10 tracts of real property for a total amount not to exceed $570,000.00. (Requested by Engineering Department)
