An Ordinance amending Chapter 7.5 of the Knoxville City Code, Article II (Rules of Procedure), Sections 7.5-63, 7.5-70, 7.5-71, 7.5-74, 7.5-75, 7.5-76, 7.5-79, and 7.5-85. (Requested by Task Force Chair Fugate)

On September 16, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance amending Chapter 7.5, Rules of Procedure” by a vote of 7–0.

Motion to amend the ordinance by striking out Section 9 and adding new language
