Ordinance increasing maximum wrecker rotation fee

An Ordinance amending Chapter 26, Article IV, Division 3, Sec. 26-410 (a)(2)(i) of the Knoxville City Code increasing maximum wrecker rotation fee for class A vehicles not involved in a collision towed to a city lot at the direction of a police officer. (Requested by Fleet Services Department)

On September 16, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance increasing maximum wrecker rotation fee” by a vote of 6–1.
