A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $300,000.00 from the Historic Preservation Fund to Volunteer Housing Partnership, as the sole member of HGGP, LLC, for the restoration and reuse of the Historic Giffin School (Parcel ID: 109CD032).
