Execute agreement with Metro Drug Coalition for youth specialist

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with The Metro Drug Coalition, Inc. to establish a youth prevention specialist to help deter underage drinking in Knoxville Schools, in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00 per year, and paid from fines accumulated as authorized by Chapter 4, Division 3, Section 4-94 of the Knoxville City Code. (Requested by City Council)
