A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend the contract with CDM Smith, Inc. for the Washington Pike Roadway Improvements Project, increasing the contract amount by $129,700.00 for a new total contract amount not to exceed $2,078,300.00. (Requested by Engineering Department)
